Barry Elwonger
Founder
Barry Elwonger leads Allocated Media with a diverse client portfolio, having partnered with over 30 breweries and top industry trade members on projects including content creation, branding, marketing strategy, and distribution consulting. His expertise stems from nearly a decade of managing key operations—distribution, sales, marketing, logistics, and finance—for a 30 BBL regional brewery. This blend of hands-on brewery management and strategic consulting experience allows Barry and the Allocated team to offer clients a comprehensive approach, balancing operational insight with creative marketing and branding solutions.
Barry holds prestigious certifications, including Advanced Cicerone, Great American Beer Fest Judge, National Ranked BJCP Judge, Level 1 Sommelier, and Certified Bourbon Steward. He also serves on the Brewers Association PR & Marketing Subcommittee, keeping him at the forefront of industry trends.
In digital marketing, Barry is certified in Google Ads and Advanced Google Analytics, backed by nearly two decades of media buying experience. His expertise in video and photography production, along with his skills as a licensed drone pilot, adds another creative dimension to his work with Allocated clients.
A proud UCF Knight, Barry earned both his BA in Marketing and MBA, with additional certifications from Cornell and UC Davis. His marketing campaigns have been featured across major platforms like Ellen, CNN, USA Today, BBC, FOX, ABC, CBS, and NPR as well as hundreds of other media outlets.
Barry resides in North Tampa with his wife Michelle, their two children, Brooke and Blake, and their Corgi, Waffles. Outside of work, he teaches beer and sensory education, personal finance courses, and recently completed a beer and food pairing cookbook, with plans to publish in 2025.
Brian Gad
Creative Director
Brian Gad, our Creative Director, brings a unique blend of creativity, business acumen, and extensive experience in influencer marketing to Allocated Media. With an Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design from Florida State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida, Brian possesses a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of the service industry. His career spans over 20 years, including roles such as floor manager and social media manager at two breweries, along with working with over 20 brands in the Allocated Media Portfolio. His passion for craft beer and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset to our company.
During his time as social media manager at one of the breweries, Brian gained extensive experience managing influencer marketing campaigns. He successfully partnered with key influencers to amplify the brewery’s brand presence, drive engagement, and expand its reach. This background has shaped his ability to craft impactful strategies and build strong relationships with influencers in the craft beer industry.
At Allocated Media, Brian’s multifaceted role includes photography, videography, graphic design, and content creation. He excels in capturing high-quality images and videos for clients in the craft beer and service industries, showcasing their unique features. His expertise in the service industry further strengthens client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
A team player and natural leader, Brian always goes the extra mile to meet clients’ needs and ensure our team operates smoothly. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring the local craft beer scene and attending sneaker conventions, sharing his enthusiasm and knowledge with others. Sean Pitts

Sean is our (Video) Editor in Chief and production specialist. With an extensive background in news, Sean is part of a 2019 Pulitzer Prize winning newsroom, nominated in 2016 for an Emmy and produced a narrative podcast that reached #1 in the Apple Podcasts “Top Podcasts” overall category. Sean enjoys watching movies and listening to deep-dive podcasts and YouTube videos related to film. Sean considers himself lucky to work in visual arts as he considers scrolling instagram a part of his duties to stay fresh in visual trends, editing style and who’s leading content creation. Storytelling is paramount to Sean in the content we create for our partners.
